Old Saybrook to receive grant award Staff reports Old Saybrook recently announced that it will receive a $596,413 Community Connectivity Program grant for the improvement of sidewalks on Elm Street and Boston Post Road. The project will represent a significant investment in pedestrian access and local transportation, improving mobility, accessibility and safety for those traveling around town.
