Pueblo County purchases Wells Fargo building for $5.5 to create new space
Pueblo County on Thursday closed on the purchase of the Wells Fargo building in Downtown Pueblo. The building will be used as office space for employees and will help the county save money it is now spending to lease space. "The acquisition of this property will dramatically improve our delivery of services to our citizens and the efficiency of with which we deliver those services,” Pueblo County Commissioner garrison Ortiz said.
