Pokémon Go: How to get an Upgrade to evolve Porygon into Porygon2 Porygon’s evolutionary line in Pokémon Go takes a lot of effort to unlock, as evolving Porygon all the way to Porygon-Z requires both the Upgrade and Sinnoh Stone items. December’s Pokémon Go Community Day event featured a recap of many of the Pokémon that have been featured in previous Communty Days this year, including Porygon. With players finally getting hold of a lot of Porygon Candy, many now need to find an Upgrade in order to evolve a Porygon2 – but this rare item is difficult to find.
