Taken months to put together then the hill gets a briefing then the public gets a redacted version. it includes photographs, graphs, it is very comp henrehensive. it was finished several months ago. they got a copy of it and gone through all 6,000 pages with a fine toothed comb. they have gone back with questions and siegned off on it several days ago. this whole time we have been hearing procedu procedure problems. an officer on the ground took orders from a previous mission and copied and peacasted them i order to get approval for this mission.
