Three new businesses in Huron County have gotten extra money to help them get started. The money was from the County’s Starter Company Plus Program which provides business training, mentoring, and up to $5000 for participants to start, expand or buy a small business. Successful recipients this year include: Brød Bread and Pastry which is a bakery start up in Blyth, Inherit the Earth Clothing in Clinton which sells active and recovery wear line designed for the environmentally conscious consumer, and South Hill Succulents in Seaforth which specialized in succulents and other flowers.
