Price Tracking Firm Prisync Buys Competitor Marguard - Daily Research News Online
Daily Research News Online July 12 2021 Competitor price tracking and monitoring specialist Prisync, headquartered in Istanbul, has acquired Lithuania-based competitor Marguard. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Prisync automates the collection of competitor price and stock availability data for online retailers. The firm says the acquisition expands its own portfolio to more than 600 retailers and manufacturers from over 50 countries worldwide.
