Hexpol to acquire Vigar’s rubber compounding operations Share 8th October 2014 Rubber compounds producer Hexpol has signed a deal to buy VIGAR Rubber Compounding, which operates within Grupo Vigar, for €19m. Vigar Rubber Compounding operates manufacturing facilities in Rubi, Spain and Viersen, Germany, and has a workforce of 134 across its operations.
