Fort Smith Times Record The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith on Saturday completed a series of socially distanced commencement ceremonies to honor the 2021 graduates following last week's event for the class of 2020. Due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, in-person commencement ceremonies were not held in December for the class of 2020.
