The Nintendo Switch has been out for over six years, and despite its flaws, it's still an excellent budget-friendly console.

Nintendo has faced plenty of criticism over the Nintendo Switch’s Joy-Con controllers. Shortly after the console’s launch, it became clear that the Joy-Con controllers were prone to a ‘drifting’ issue, which has gone unfixed to date. This has led to multiple class-action lawsuits over in the US and now, it seems that Nintendo could also be facing some legal trouble in Europe too.  The European Consumer Organisation (BEUC), is bringing a case against Nintendo over ‘Joy-Con Drift’ to the European Commission. The BEUC claims to have received around 25,000 complaints about this issue...
