Goodwill Industries of North Florida Inc. opened a 16,000-square-foot store and drive-thru donation center at 1115 St Johns Parkway in the second phase of Parkway Place in St. Johns County. The Piedmont Companies of Florida developed the store and Bush Construction Co. Inc. built it. It is Goodwill’s eighth flagship store and employs 25 people. Ulta at Durbin Park St. Johns County approved interior build-out for Ulta Beauty in 10,790 square feet at 675 Durbin Pavilion Drive, Suite 108, in The Pavilion at Durbin Park at a cost of $457,000.
