(via THE CANADIAN PRESS) COVID-19 numbers remain high throughout B.C., while the north saw a flurry of activity related to the virus.  In a written statement today (Dec. 11), Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry announced 737 new cases recorded in the last 24 hours for a new grand total of 40,797.  Of those, Northern Health has 41, which brings the authority's recorded number to 1,240.
