Colorado Gov. Jared Polis signed a proclamation on Monday declaring this week to be Concurrent Enrollment Week in Colorado. Concurrent enrollment was launched by the Colorado State Legislature in 2009 to provide more opportunities for more students to increase college-going rates by earning tuition-free, transferable college credit while students are still in high school.
