Dear Poliakoffs, Our condominium is planning to create a quarterly newsletter. We plan to send the newsletter out via email to the owners. We have about 100 owners that do not have email addresses. Can we legally send out the emails when everyone is not on email? We then can print the newsletter and put them in a holder in our clubhouse for the remaining owners who are not on email. This would save us the postage cost of about $50 by not sending the newsletter by snail mail.
