As i mentioned, not just with the western hemispheric collaborative approach where we have an annual framework that we agree to but we could be be doing in country processing, which would alleviate some of that pressure in communities like mine. it's not just pressure on the communities or on law enforcement, but the pressure that exists for the migrants and the humanitarian challenge that is created as a result. so there are multifaceted approaches. congress has to be at the table finding solutions as well. don't let us off the hook. everybody is letting congress off the hook. and pointing th...
