Against asians is just not ri right. but to your question i do not think it s going to impact so-called diversity programs and hiring incorporations as long as they steer clear of carving out specific quotas, real specific equations giving people benefits simply and solely because of their racial background and so forth. but again your point is really key and that s a take away from the decision is let s not everybody get totally over the skis with the social and political comments about it and how it s going to set everything back and destroy diversity. because it is not. it s really more of a signal they did not want specific favoring one race over the other. because under the 14th amendment to the constitution discrimination and to be fair about it. but again i don t think it s going to seriously curtail ....
