King Council approves apartment complex

The request, from the BTR Communities Group of Lewisville, was for rezoning a 7.99 acre site to a conditional use permit for multi-family residential units. Bill Scantland, representing the developers, said the project would be very similar to the Conrad Corners apartments, on Conrad Corners Circle behind AutoZone and the King Kitchen, which was approved by the Board about five years ago.
