Win and gets knocked out then your vote gets reallocated to your second choice or third choice or fifth choice. it's complicated. at least the tabulating is complicated even though the voting isn't all that complicated. right now we're getting the first round of numbers on who voters ranked as their first choice. we expects to get more of these first round numbers tonight. but if nobody gets 50% they keep going until somebody does. the actual tabulation of who ultimately wins the democratic primary is expected to take until next month before we actually know. our own steve kornacki is watching...
