Truck driver Mohinder Singh has been jailed for at least 18 years and six months for hitting and killing four police officers on Melbourne's Eastern Freeway.
Singh was short on sleep and high on drugs when he crashed a 19-tonne semi-trailer into the officers, who had pulled over Porsche driver Richard Pusey on 22 April last year.
Constable Lynette Taylor, Senior Constable Kevin King, and constables Glen Humphris and Josh Prestney died at the scene.
The 48-year-old was jailed in Victoria's Supreme Court on Wednesday for 22 years, with a 18-year and six-month non-parole period.

A routine traffic stop turned to tragedy for four police officers when a perfect storm of drugs, speed and bizarre behaviour collided on a Melbourne freeway.
Nearly a year after senior constables Lynette Taylor, Kevin King and Constables Glen Humphris and Joshua Prestney died on the Eastern Freeway, the man who killed them has been sentenced.
The group were killed after they stopped to pull over Richard Pusey, who was clocked speeding at 149km per hour in his black Porsche. He was urinating on the side of the road and avoided being hit.

Shocking new footage shows a drugged-up truck driver veering wildly between lanes on a busy freeway moments before he ploughed into four police officers.
The chilling footage played at the sentencing hearing of Mohinder Singh, 48, shows his 20-tonne semi-trailer moving erratically on Melbourne's Eastern Freeway on April 22 last year.
Other road users can be seen taking evasive action as they try to avoid the dangerous truck, which Singh was driving while on drugs and convinced he was possessed by a witch.
One car is even forced onto the hard shoulder to avoid the rampaging truck.
Singh was sentenced to a total of 22 years in prison by Justice Paul Coghlan at the Supreme Court of Victoria on Wednesday for the deaths of Leading Senior Constable Lynnette Taylor, Senior Constable Kevin King and constables Glen Humphris and Josh Prestney.

An Australian truckie who was high on ice and "actively psychotic" when he ploughed into four officers on a Melbourne freeway has apologised.
Mohinder Singh faced the second day of his pre-sentence hearing in the Supreme Court of Victoria on Friday.
The 48-year-old pleaded guilty to four counts of culpable driving causing the deaths of Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor, Senior Constable Kevin King, Constable Glen Humphris and Constable Josh Prestney.
