TEXARKANA -- Mayors Allen Brown and Bob Bruggeman signed proclamations recognizing Sept. 17-23, 2022, as Constitution Week in their respective cities. According to the proclamations, Sept. 17 marked the 235th anniversary of the drafting of the landmark document framing the U.S. and its government.
