Plan easy, build happy
Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar recently announced the automation of plan sanctions for properties built on 50*80 sites. According to DKS, individuals should not have to visit the BBMP office to plan action. “We are looking at a licensed architect who can license it, and BBMP and residents need not visit offices. An automated plan approval system will soon be introduced. If an architect is doing it, he will do it properly, including providing setback areas and water harvesting,” he stated.
