By Staff Bangor-based engineering firm Haley Ward Inc. has acquired a division of another firm headquartered in the city, S.W. Cole Engineering Inc. Haley Ward, formerly known as CES Inc., purchased S.W. Cole’s GeoEnvironmental division for an undisclosed price, according to a news release last week.
