PADANG BESAR: The attitude of some container lorry drivers from a neighbouring country not adhering to traffic regulations when waiting for their turn to enter Thailand via the Padang Besar Immigration, Customs, and Quarantine Complex ( ICQ) is unnerving other motorists, especially local residents.
