Am 17. 08. um 16:15 Uhr auf Tele 5: Die Enterprise empfängt ein Notsignal der U.S.S. Jenolan, die seit 75 Jahren vermisst wird. Das Schiff ist offenbar auf eine Dyson-Späre, eine gigantische Konstruktion im Weltraum, abgestürzt. Als Geordi den Transporter des Schiffes wieder in Gang setzt, erscheint plötzlich Scotty, der ehemalige Ingenieur der alten Enterprise. Der ist von der neuen Enterprise und ihrer Crew restlos begeistert. Doch dem Schiff droht dasselbe Schicksal wie der Jenolan. ....
