SunStar Photo by Mark Perandos December 15, 2020 INDIVIDUALS who will be caught tampering or misusing their food and medicine (FM) passes will now be fined after the “FM Pass Ordinance of Davao City,” which aims to regulate its usage, was passed on third and final reading on Tuesday, December 15, in the 19th Davao City Council.
