If you're seeing smoke today, it's probably Quantico. The Marine Corps base is conducting a controlled burn west of Interstate 95 through 3 p.m. today.
Residents in the Memorial Park area may see smoke nearby while the controlled fires are in progress, according to Houston Fire Department.
