Dubai RTA holds special courses on public transport DUBAI, January 19, 2021 A total of 48 industry specialists from all over the world attended the five specialist training courses held by the Mena Centre for Transport Excellence in 2020 in conjunction with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
