We ve all been following the abortion law s journey through the supreme court and back and the way texas republicans were able to basically scheme that one in such a way that it could avoid federal scrutiny in the courts. yeah, so i think there are a couple things about this law that make it particularly vulnerable. the first is texas can t claim, like some other states do, that it has expansive voting rights. it s one of the hardest states already to register to vote and to vote. so we re starting off of a baseline which is pretty restrictive to begin with. ....
