Half a million applications for health care so far. but more than half of that comes from the 14 states running their own websites, not healthcare.gov. one state, new york, accounts for more than a quarter of all applications. and they have their own website too. last night they added a new little button or the home page that says ply by phone. they're really pointing out to people, you don't have to deal with the website if you don't want to. and i've talked to many of those operators over the past couple of weeks. they answer quickly and are very helpful. >> if a half million people have suc...
