A special mayoral election for the position will be held July 27. The election was called after the sudden resignation of former Mayor Milissa Holland in May. The public is invited to attend the debate, which will be held at Buddy Taylor Middle School, 4500 Belle Terre Parkway. Palm Coast Mayoral Candidate Alan Lowe is accusing the publisher of the weekly Palm Coast Observer of trying to push him out of the mayor’s race with threats of unleashing dark money against him.
