Portugal has today registered 41 deaths related to Covid-19 and 979 new cases of infection with the new coronavirus, according to the Directorate-General for Health (DGS).
The DGS bulletin also reveals that 1,827 patients are hospitalised (170 fewer than on Tuesday), the lowest figure since October 29, the day that 1,794 people were hospitalszed.
There are currently 415 patients in intensive care today (31 less compared to Tuesday), the lowest figure since November 15, the day that had the same number in these units.
