Three Codiac RCMP Officers Charged In Police Operation
Three members of the Codiac RCMP have been charged with obstruction of justice. The Mounties say the charges were laid against Corporal Mathieu Potvin, Constable Eric Pichette and Constable Graham Bourque in Moncton Provincial Court on December 28. The charges stem from an investigation into their alleged actions during a police operation in 2019. All three are scheduled to appear in court on March 15. The officers were suspended with pay as of December 15 pending the outcome of the legal process. The RCMP Professional Standards Unit has undertaken a separate Code of Conduct investigation. ')...
