A 35-year-old Moncton man has been charged after police seized a loaded and prohibited firearm following a traffic stop.
Three members of the Codiac RCMP have been charged with obstruction of justice. The Mounties say the charges were laid against Corporal Mathieu Potvin, Constable Eric Pichette and Constable Graham Bourque in Moncton Provincial Court on December 28. The charges stem from an investigation into their alleged actions during a police operation in 2019. All three are scheduled to appear in court on March 15.
