Macquarie Infrastructure Partners V (MIP V), an Americas-focused unlisted infrastructure fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to invest in Corredor Logística e Infraestrutura S.A. (CLI), a Brazilian port terminal operator.
