APPEAL. Councilor Ely A. Estante Jr. (standing) sponsors a resolution appealing for assistance from President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. for the relocation of 299 families that were displaced by the fire in two Iloilo City barangays early morning of Jan. 28, 2023 during their regular session on Wednesday.
