Services help individuals in our community battling anxiety, depression and other mental challenges throughout their time as a Charger.
College is a time of great pressure, stress, and personal growth. We know some key changes that often occur in college (from transitions, to managing your time and workload, to building new relationships) can trigger some students to seek council. That s why we have a licensed mental health counselor as a part of our Charger Health Team. We are here listen and help!
The Counseling Center also assists with educational programs that promote and help develop healthy social and mental processing fundamentals. Students are encouraged to be proactive and responsible for their mental health. We know developing these coping skills will ultimately contribute to a person s personal and professional success in life.
