彰化縣埔鹽鄉民發飆了！埔鹽鄉長許文萍今天帶領上百位鄉民到縣府舉牌抗議，縣府修法新設雞舍應該距離住家至少500公尺，卻把農舍排除在外，下跪怒吼「難道農舍不是住人嗎？」，埔鹽鄉拒當「雞舍鄉」！埔鹽鄉今天展現大團結，鄉長許文萍、鄉代會主席施春貴、縣議員張春洋與洪本成，以及多位鄉代表、村長等全都到縣府廣場舉白條抗議，因縣府僅派出農業處副處長郭至善出面回應，讓鄉親無法接受，要求縣長王惠美出來面對，群眾一度氣到下跪，最後全體改為靜坐，縣府才終於派出副縣長林田富說明，並接下民眾的陳情書。 ....
