Edward Hayden: Mouth-watering Roast Chicken with Lemon & Courgette Stuffing
Hello everyone. I hope that you are in good form. I was at Taste of Dublin last week and it was a super event. I hope that you have enjoyed the recent spell of good weather. I really did but think I have overused my barbecue for the couple of weeks, so this week I am going to give you some respite from it. I am making a delicious summer Sunday roast. There is something so special about the smell of a Sunday roast. We often had roast chicken at home and being from a family of 5 children we rarely had leftovers!
