There was no excess capacity we re told in the state to evacuate patients. how is covid impacting what s going on right now with this hurricane? i just left a planning meeting. so usually as we re going through this today, we welcomed our team members this. we welcomed our day shift and our night shift in this morning. handed out 600 mattresses and put our night shift to sleep. we re in this for the long run, but usually our team members are more refreshed. this has been a hard summer and 1.5 years snochlt they re tired. the other thing is they just left their families and left their families to evacuate and not know what their houses are going to be like or be able to communicate. as we sat in our planning meeting, what we re planning for today is taking more patients, even though we re at capacity. we ll need to take the patients into our halls. and then different from any storm, how do we take the health care workers with them? ....
