THE organisation which bought a Grade II listed inn has revealed its plans to restore the historic pub for the community. Grizedale Arts purchased the derelict Farmer’s Arms near Ulverston late last year thanks to funding from the Architectural Heritage Fund. The group’s plans will see the restoration of the inn into a working pub and B&B.
