The film is one of ten new films commissioned by Historic England - and is called Running On Fumes, by Caroline Smith in collaboration with young people in St Helens, supported by Heart of Glass. It will feature on Historic England’s website and YouTube channel by clicking here and explores what the future of the high street could be, posing hopeful provocations at a time when these communal spaces have been hit hardest.
