Enough is enough already! The Little Free Pantry that helps feed those less fortunate in Oneida has been destroyed again by some hoodlum. The pantry was ruined sometime over the weekend on May 1-3. The roof and base will need to be replaced and damage control needs to be done on the frame. But thanks to a good Samaritan who donated money for repairs, it'll soon be back up and filled with food.

If you are struggling mentally, it can be hard to know what to do to make things better. It may seem easier to suffer in silence, because of a fear that others will not understand. But a group of North Dakota students want to make it easier for people to reach out for help. Valley News Live did a story about three students at Fargo High School who want to help those suffering with mental health issues.
