From behind the counter, TikToker films raw look at homelessness in Ottawa
For this CBC Creator Network video, Ziggy Haile shares his view of what happens on Rideau Street at night, explaining why he started a TikTok channel to spotlight the homeless experience, and what he is doing to support some of Ottawa’s most vulnerable.
