The victim’s legal name is Isaiah Alexander Woodland, age 18 of Lexington Park. She was a transgender woman whose first name was Tasiyah, but also went by Siyah.

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of Amanda Ellen Tucker, age 35 of Mechanicsville. Tucker is a white female, 5’6” and weighs 150 pounds with blond hair and green eyes.

On Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 3:19 p.m., the suspect loaded a cart with merchandise at the California Target store.
