Neil Tague The steel frame specialist has completed a 20,000 sq ft building at Whitehills Business Park in Blackpool for the Lancastrian developer and investor. The building at the Cropper Close site is split into two units: the first, of 8,000 sq ft with an additional 2,000 sq ft of mezzanine space, has been let to gift and toy business Floss & Rock, which will move in later this year. The remaining unit spans 12,000 sq ft, also offering the option of additional mezzanine offices, and could be further split into two separate units of 5,000 sq ft and 7,000 sq ft.
