I talked yesterday about a reporter that went to afghanistan, and echoed what a lot of reporters in afghanistan say, and that is the only time the troops get political is when they start talking about pakistan. about how they understand the game is in pakistan, and not in afghanistan. so, we're actually, i think the most jarring words in these reports come from the soldiers themselves, that are at bases that are about to be overrun. our soldiers and marines that understand they're not getting the resources they need, and they'll never get the resources they need, because the country is too big...
