Age UK Wirral leads operation to deliver Christmas lunches
Members of the 'Operation Christmas Lunch' team assembled outside The Quirky Cafe in Hoylake Up to a hundred vulnerable older people across Wirral will get to enjoy a traditional Christmas Day lunch this year after local organisations cooked up a plan to deliver a hot turkey roast with all the trimmings to their doorsteps.
