Health departments here in the united states have to look at their detection systems. what we're worried about primarily with anthrax is a biological attack or some type of -- someone who's a terrorist that might use a biological weapon like anthrax. we have to have a detection system in place to make sure that we know that it is a real biological attack versus a fake one. we want to make sure that we get those answers as quick as possible. so i think what has happened -- and again, until an investigation comes out, i believe what truly is happening is the military is testing its detection sys...
