The Indian Meteorological Department predicts heavy to very heavy rainfall in isolated places over the districts of Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, and also heavy rainfall over Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Cuttack, Mayurbhanj, and Keonjhar.
