Officials break ground on Cumberland Gateway project
CUMBERLAND â Numerous officials participated in a groundbreaking ceremony Friday at the future Cumberland Gateway commercial development, which is expected to see Verizon and DâAtri Subs as some of the first tenants. The elected officials and business leaders were on hand for the event that featured the ceremonial turning over of the first shovel full of dirt for the project. The plaza is located off Interstate 68 between Maryland Avenue and Park Street.
