Suspect charged in Phenix City double murder Updated Jan 25, 2021; A suspect has been charged in a double homicide that happened last week in Phenix City. Police on Monday identified the victims as Dadrian Tottman, 24, and Daven D. Lindsey, 25. Both lived in Phenix City. Authorities responded Thursday to the 900 block of Sandfort Road on a report of shooting. Both victims were pronounced dead on the scene.
