Mar 12, 2021 BROWN COUNTY — Three first-degree felony criminal sexual conduct charges involving a child under age 13, were filed against a 56-year-old Sleepy Eye man in Brown County Court March 10. The charges allege Dale T. Postel, 117 Walnut St. S.E., Sleepy Eye, engaged in sexual actions with a person under age 13 about 20 years ago, and that he was more than three years older than the complainant.
